This exquisite Taiwan black tea, better known as Ruby #18 is a full bodied tea with a complexed aroma. The deep red infusion releases notes of cinnamon, fruit and wintergreens. The leaves can be re-steeped numerous times to reveal more of Ruby’s amazing character. Contains caffeine.
Preparations – Steep 1 tablespoon per cup @ 195 for 3 – 4 minutes.
